How Herry Infotech scopes, delivers and supports software and digital service engagements.
1. Scope and proposal
Professional services are delivered against an agreed proposal, order, milestone plan or statement of work. Scope, assumptions, dependencies and acceptance criteria should be documented before substantial work begins.
2. Delivery
Delivery may include source code, binaries, hosted environments, API integrations, documentation, configuration or consulting outputs as agreed. Dates can depend on client feedback, access credentials and third-party systems.
3. Acceptance
Clients should review milestones promptly and report material defects against the agreed scope. New features or scope changes may require a separate estimate.
4. Third-party dependencies
App stores, cloud vendors, advertising networks, survey providers, payment providers and other third parties may have their own approval processes and timelines. Herry Infotech cannot guarantee third-party approval.
5. Support
Post-launch support is provided only where included in the applicable agreement or separately purchased.
