Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of information held by Herry Infotech or identify the correct product-specific channel.
1. Website and business records
Send a request from the relevant email address to privacy@herryinfotech.com. Include enough information to locate the record, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
2. Product accounts
For a company-operated app or product, use the support or deletion option published in that product where available. State the product name and registered account identifier.
3. Verification
We may need to verify that the requester controls the relevant email, phone number or account before deletion.
4. Exceptions
Some information may be retained where required for tax, accounting, contract, fraud prevention, dispute or legal obligations. Backups may take additional time to cycle out.
