Acceptable Use Policy
Rules for lawful and responsible use of Herry Infotech websites, systems and support channels.
1. Prohibited activity
Users must not use company systems or services for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful activity.
- Unauthorized access, malware, scraping intended to disrupt service or credential attacks
- Fraud, impersonation, spam or misleading submissions
- Infringement of intellectual property or privacy rights
- Content or activity prohibited by applicable law or by an integrated platform
2. Security
Do not send passwords, OTPs, private keys or sensitive production credentials through public forms or ordinary email.
3. Enforcement
We may block requests, suspend support access or preserve relevant records where misuse or a security incident is reasonably suspected.
4. Reporting
