Reward & Incentive Policy
General policy for program eligibility, source validation, reward records, redemptions and third-party fulfilment in supported Herry Infotech programs.
1. Scope
This policy describes general principles for reward-enabled programs operated or supported by Herry Infotech. Product-specific terms, campaign rules or partner requirements may impose additional conditions.
2. Eligible program sources
Subject to the relevant rules, rewards or incentives may arise from verifiable program events such as qualified referrals, eligible research or survey participation, validated partner-sponsored activities, loyalty actions, promotional programs and product-specific interactive engagement events.
3. Source integrity
Each reward event should be associated with the correct underlying program and supporting reference where applicable. A survey incentive should not be represented as a refund, a partner activity should not be represented as a referral, and reward credits should not be re-labelled merely to fit a fulfilment category.
4. Genuine refunds are separate
Refunds and service adjustments are not reward events. A refund must relate to an underlying customer transaction, invoice, cancellation, return or approved service adjustment and may be governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy or a client agreement.
5. Interactive engagement programs
Where a product offers reward-enabled interactive activities, eligibility is governed by the applicable product rules and validation controls. This policy does not authorize user-funded wagering, deposits for a chance to win, or the presentation of gambling winnings as ordinary loyalty or promotional rewards.
6. No investment return
Reward programs are not deposits, investments, interest products or promises of guaranteed income or returns.
7. Validation
Events may be reviewed for completion status, event provenance, duplication, account standing, device abuse, fraud signals, partner reversals, geographic eligibility and other program-specific controls.
8. Reward records
Displayed balances may remain pending until validation is complete. Structured records may include source type, program reference, credit state, redemption state, reversal reference and provider reference where applicable.
9. Redemption
Minimum thresholds, supported methods, countries, denominations, fees, processing times and verification requirements may vary by product, program and provider.
10. Third-party fulfilment
Reward delivery may rely on external payout, voucher, wallet or digital reward providers. Availability is not guaranteed and may change by geography, recipient, compliance status or provider policy.
11. Failed fulfilment
Failed requests may be retried, returned to eligible balance, placed under review or otherwise handled according to the product, program and provider state.
12. Abuse
Multiple-account abuse, automation, impersonation, manipulation of partner events, duplicate submissions, fabricated referrals and other deceptive conduct may lead to review, suspension or removal of ineligible value.
