Data Deletion Request
How to request deletion of personal data associated with Herry Infotech corporate or supported product services.
Request deletion
Send a request to privacy@herryinfotech.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. Include the relevant product or service, account email or user identifier and enough information for us to locate the account.
Verification
We may verify ownership before deleting or de-identifying information. Do not email passwords, one-time codes, full payment credentials or government identity documents unless specifically requested through an approved secure process.
What may be retained
Certain records may be retained where required for legal obligations, tax and accounting, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, enforcement of terms or legitimate recordkeeping.
Timing
We will process valid requests within a reasonable period subject to applicable law, product dependencies and required verification.
