Fraud & Abuse Prevention Policy
General anti-fraud and abuse principles for Herry Infotech digital and reward-enabled services.
1. Purpose
We use proportionate controls to protect users, partners, reward programs and systems from deception, duplication and unauthorized manipulation.
2. Examples of abuse
- Multiple accounts used to bypass program rules.
- Automation or bots used to fabricate activity.
- Manipulation of partner callbacks, postbacks or completion events.
- False identity or beneficiary information.
- Repeated attempts to exploit technical errors.
- Collusion, impersonation or unauthorized account access.
3. Controls
Controls may include event deduplication, account checks, device or network risk signals, transaction review, provider status checks and manual investigation.
4. Action
Suspected abuse may result in temporary review, rejection of ineligible events, restriction or suspension, subject to the applicable product terms and law.
